DBT Team Registration Process


Step-by-step procedure to get DBTmo registered

1. Become a member

Register and become a member of the DBTmo website

2. Attend training event

Attend training event offered by the Missouri Department of Mental Health on www.DBTmo.org website OR complete training offered via Behavioral Tech.

3. Team leader

Team Leader - Apply to Form / Renew a DBTmo Team.

  • All team members are required to register and become a member of the www.DBTmo.org website.

  • If you want to form a new team and you are designated as Team Leader then fill out the application below.

  • When your team is approved by the DBTmo Administrator then you can track your team members, and upload minutes of your team meetings through Admin Access.
4. Team member

Team Member - Apply for Provisional, Core or Renewal Verification

  • All team members are required to register and become a member of the www.DBTmo.org website.

  • Talk to your team leader about joining a DBTmo team. Your team leader will then submit a request to DBTmo on your behalf.

  • When you become a member of a DBTmo team, your team leader will assist you in applying for verification.

  • You and your team leader will determine whether you will apply for Provisional / Core / Renew verification. Click the link below to apply for the appropriate level of verification.
